What is Emotional Freedom Technique?
It is a practical self-help method that involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body's acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine.
Some of you may have also heard the terminology "tapping".
The therapeutic effects of this technique are recognised around the world.

How long is a session?
It is usually 1 hour and can be done in person or online via video call.

I have completed several EFT sessions with Sirka and I can honestly say that they have been life changing for me.
At the time of the sessions I was healing and recovering from mental and emotional abuse from my ex partner. At times my emotions were dysregulated, I was mentally and emotionally hyper vigilant and tired at the same time. I was trying my best to heal but it was hard, especially with the stored energy and I really needed some outside support, I just couldn’t do it by myself.
Then I was blessed to meet Sirka online, and I really do mean that, it was a blessing. She was able to listen to my current emotional feelings, what I wished to progress to and then create a mantra that perfectly resonated with what I needed at that time.
After every session I would see progress, the releasing of some energy and the revealing of something new to heal. I felt calmer, more like the old me and my emotions became more regulated.
She did all this without judgement, holding space for me in such a calm manner, which really helped with allowing me to relax into the space and the healing journey. I really did feel like she really cared about how effective the session was for me.
I’m deeply grateful to her for this and would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone who is interested in engaging with EFT.
